Liberty Industries Inc. designs, builds and installs cleanrooms since 1953. A cleanroom is a specially constructed enclosed area which is environmentally controlled, with respect to airborne particulates, temperature, humidity, air pressure, air flow patterns lighting.

Liberty's cleanrooms can be constructed using a variety of materials. Selection is based on the unique needs for each project. Typical materials include:

• Polystyrene core panels laminated on both sides 1/8" hardboard, vinyl quoted
• Anodized aluminum wall connectors, ceiling and floor tracks fastened to floor and friction interlocked wall panels

The Original Tacky Mat® (800030 Series)

The 800030 Series is our most popular and economical solution. These mats feature 30 or 60 layers of tough polyethylene film coated with a non-drying adhesive.

• Easy Maintenance: Each sheet is numbered, allowing for easy tracking of usage. Once a sheet is soiled, simply peel it back to reveal a fresh, high-tack surface.
• Antimicrobial Protection: Every mat is treated with a germicidal agent to inhibit the growth of mold, mildew, and bacteria.
• Installation Options: Available with full-width adhesive backing for a permanent bond to the floor or with adhesive strips for temporary placement.

Tacky® Roll Mops & Specialty Tools

A different take on our Original Tacky Mat®, the Tacky® Roll Mop offers even more flexibility to cleaning contamination from your cleanroom. These hand-held roll mops are perfect for removing particulates from work counters, pass-thru windows, and other cleanroom surfaces. This is one of our most popular products!

Super Kleen™ Tacky Mat® (6000M10 Series)

The Super Kleen™ Tacky Mat® series is suitable for environments requiring a higher degree of particle removal. Its resilient foam allows the mat to conform to the irregular treads of a shoe, ensuring 100% contact and deeper cleaning than standard hard-surface mats. Comes with 10 disposable poly foam layers.

• Closed-Cell 1/16” Poly Laminate Sheets: The foam allows the mat to pick up more foot-borne contaminants as it can conform deeper to a shoe’s treads and grooves.
• Twice as Long Lasting: Due to its unique contouring and resilient foam properties. Each sheet has a ‘bounce-back’ memory so that maximum effectiveness is restored after each step.

Duratack® Washable & Permanent Sticky Mats

Designed for sustainability and long-term cost savings, the Duratack® is a high-performance, tack-regenerating mat.

• Sustainable: Instead of peeling and disposing of sheets, the Duratack can be reused as it is cleaned with the Duratack® cleaner and water.
• Heavy Duty: Ideal for high-traffic areas and heavy cart wheels (load resistance up to 1200 PSI) and removes 98-100% of all surface contamination.
• Easy Maintenance: The mat will retain all of its tackiness if properly cleaned, and the process is simple! Mop, rinse, squeegee, and let dry.
